There is a new technological revolution and its content is more disruptive than that of previous ones.

That today our IT systems can “think”, implement a series of virtual reality technologies and analyze the enormous quantity of data that has become available is thanks to the massive introduction of digital management platforms and to the integration of these.  This has modified the nature of the workplace, turning them into environments where people and machines collaborate creating outcomes that were once unthinkable and with important impacts on people’s cognitive and behavioral models.

  • Favors the consolidation and spread of the in-house competencies throughout the company;
