In his consultancy activity, he worked in the most important Italian research centers in the areas of Technology Transfer and Research Strategy.
He carried out restructuring operations in the engineering area of the most important Italian automobile and aeronautic companies.
Still in those same sectors, he carried out in depth analyses and reviews of the interfunctional processes of Innovation and the Development of new products and processes, investigating the merits of all relative components: activities, roles, competencies, methods, reward systems, information systems and project management.
He has also had significant experience in the Education and Health fields.
